Remote Patient Monitoring
We offer free blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring devices to our Medicare and Medicaid patients. We monitor their readings remotely to ensure that they are staying healthy and on track with their treatment plans, and check-in to ensure you are not experiencing medication related-issues indicated by concerning readings. We will consult with your primary care provider to get you the best care.
